Fragile Resilience

In studio LINFIN in Maastricht, designer couple Elisabeth & Victor are in awe of the materials they work with. Only the finest textiles and the purest materials are used in their timeless designs and interiors. Additionally, they are in awe of nature. Like the materials, both resilient and fragile.

This artistic creation is crafted using exclusively natural materials, such as 100% linen made from flax sourced from Western Europe, and organically processed European leather. The use of these materials invites the viewer to slow down and embrace the subtle nuances of nature. This work serves as an invitation to the hilly landscape surrounding the Maastricht region, a unique scenery throughout every season. The transition from linen to leather symbolizes this connection. This creation is a sense of harmony with nature and encourages care for our environment.
