Exclusive table linens for Michelin-Starred restaurant Hoeve de Bies
LINFIN has teamed up with the Michelin-starred restaurant Hoeve de Bies, located in Voeren, Belgium, to create a line of exclusive table linens. The collaboration with Chef Maurice Huynen and Sommelier Peterhans van Harinxma has resulted in the selection of extra-thick, coarse linen that perfectly complements the rugged charm of the ‘Voerstreek’ region and the stylish interior of the luxuriously renovated 19th-century farmhouse.
Chef Huynen from Hoeve de Bies expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership with LINFIN, stating,
"Their products reflect the same attention to detail and quality that we strive for in our kitchen. The collaboration is further enriched by the fact that the design duo Elisabeth & Victor van der Stouwe also reside in the ‘Voerstreek’ region."

"Linen is indispensable in any interior, especially at the dining table. We are passionate about natural linen for its texture, casual elegance, strength, and sustainability. It only gets better with age."
