A New Chapter in Maastricht: Gallery Boutique LINFIN opens its doors
November 26, 20251930s Building in Rotterdam

In Rotterdam, a 1930s building breathes anew. Studio LINFIN has shaped its interiors with a dialogue between heritage and modernity, textures that whisper of time, light that carves space into poetry.
Elisabeth and Victor worked with a rare combination: handmade design and objects conceived in their own studio, exclusive vintage pieces carefully curated, and imaginative treasures belonging to the homeowner. Together, these elements form a layered narrative where memory and presence coexist.
Designer Elisabeth van der Stouwe reflects: “We wanted to honor the building’s soul, not overwrite it. By listening to its rhythm, we created interiors that feel both timeless and alive. Spaces where history and contemporary craft meet.”

Studio LINFIN’s work here is not mere decoration, but a choreography of materials, light, and silencw. An invitation for the past to converse with the present.
